1. send an e-mail to shop@dagelmangimi.com stating the reasons for the return, possibly attaching photographic documentation, and specifying the method of return from among those listed above.
2. wait for an e-mail reply from Dagel Mangimi S.r.l. with authorisation and return document (within 24 hours); if necessary, further information will be requested.
   In any case, the Customer must return the articles intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for better management of the return by Dagel Mangimi S.r.l., enclosing the Return Form received by e-mail and entirely filled out.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the "Withdrawal Form" that can be downloaded via the following link Download Withdrawal Form. After having fully filled in the Withdrawal Form, the Customer may send it to us by choosing one of the following methods:

1. Send only the Return Form (without the goods, which can be returned as described above) by e-mail to shop@dagelmangimi.com or by post to the address Dagel Mangimi S.r.l - Via Enrico Fermi 12 - 70024 Gravina in Puglia (Ba).
2. Sending the Return Form together with the goods to be returned as specified in the GOODS RETURN section

The Customer is not obliged to use the Withdrawal Form: he/she may exercise his/her right of withdrawal by sending any other explicit statement of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract to the above-mentioned addresses. In any case, such communication shall clearly state the Customer's wish to withdraw, the indication of the purchase order and the products subject to withdrawal.
It is understood that notice of withdrawal, however made, must be sent to Dagel Mangimi S.r.l. no later than the aforementioned term of 10 days from receipt of the goods by the Customer.

If they have not already been sent together with the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Customer shall return the products within 5 days of receipt of the goods in the manner specified in the RETURN AND REFUND section.

In any event, the Customer shall return the items undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

Dagel Mangimi S.r.l will refund the Customer within 15 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products.

Should the above-mentioned procedures for withdrawal and return of goods not be respected, Dagel Mangimi S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal and not to make a refund, subject to compliance with its legal obligations.
