The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

HOME DELIVERY

Dagel Mangimi S.r.l. entrusts its shipments to SDA Italy.
The customer has the option of choosing delivery to another address. It is sufficient to indicate the new address when placing the order.

Goods Receipt
Upon receipt of the goods, please strictly observe the following:
1. check that the number of packages received corresponds to the number of packages indicated in the packing list you are signing.
2. check the integrity of the package and in the event of tampering and/or breakage mark it "I accept subject to inspection" stating the reason.
3. in the event of acceptance of the parcel marked 'I accept subject to verification', please take detailed photographs of the parcel before and after opening and send us the relevant pictures to shop@dagelmangimi.com.
Only then will it be possible to make any complaints to the courier.
